Kirsten hurt herself on our neighbor's slide...we went to the ER...sure enough it was a fractured radius. The worst part was that her growth plate shifted. She went in to the operating room on Halloween morning to have it put back in to place. Apparently it is a very painful procedure, so they put her under for it. Thankfully, it was put back in to place with out an incision. As of today (11/11/09) she has three more weeks in the cast, then two in a splint! She is a trooper.
